Wallet and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to MyExpertify. This Wallet and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for managing your wallet balance, withdrawing funds, and handling cancellations for services booked through our platform.

2. Wallet System

The wallet system allows clients to deposit funds for future use on the platform. Key points include:

  • Funds added to your wallet can be used to book services or consultations with experts.
  • Wallet balances remain in your account until used or withdrawn.
  • No interest is earned on wallet balances.

3. Adding Funds

Seekers can add funds to their wallet via supported payment methods. Note:

  • Once funds are added to the wallet, they are non-refundable but remain available for withdrawals or future bookings.
  • Ensure accurate payment details during transactions to avoid issues.

4. Using Wallet Funds

Funds stored in the wallet can be used to:

  • Book consultations with experts.
  • Pay for additional services on the platform.

Once a booking is confirmed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your wallet.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Seekers can withdraw unused wallet funds at any time. Conditions for withdrawal include:

  • Withdrawals are processed to the original payment method or a verified bank account.
  • Withdrawal requests may take 3 Working day to process.
  • A minimum withdrawal amount of 5 USD may apply.

6. Cancellations and Wallet Adjustments

If a service is canceled:

  • By the Client: The amount is credited back to the client’s wallet for future use or withdrawal.
  • By the Freelancer: The amount is fully refunded to the client’s wallet.
  • Platform-Initiated Cancellations: In cases where MyExpertify cancels a service, the funds are credited back to the wallet.

7. Freelancer Payments

Once a service is successfully completed, the client’s wallet balance is transferred to the freelancer after deducting applicable platform fees. The transfer is subject to:

  • Service completion confirmation by the client.
  • Platform verification of the transaction.

8. Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding wallet balances or payments, you can escalate the issue by contacting our support team. Disputes will be resolved based on evidence and our platform’s terms of service.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
